Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional
Client Communication & Scheduling Policy
• Response Days: I check and respond to messages on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Client-Heavy Days: Wednesday through Saturday are my busiest days with in-person sessions. On these days, I can respond briefly if it’s urgent (like adjusting an existing appointment), but new client inquiries or detailed messages will be addressed on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• New Clients & Scheduling: I encourage all new clients to read my website thoroughly to understand the process. This helps ensure your inquiry is handled efficiently.

New Clients — What You Need to Know
My door is always open to new clients. However, I do not offer same-week appointments, relaxation-only massages, or once-a-year visits. My practice is for clients who are committed to their health, ready for results, and willing to prioritize consistent care.
Hi, welcome!
If you’re a new client, here are a few important things to know before booking:
-
I am typically booked 4–6 weeks in advance.
Existing clients have priority because most of them have standing appointments.
-
If you don’t see any openings, please join the waitlist.
When cancellations come up, I always pull from the waitlist first.
-
A $60 deposit is required to book your appointment.
This deposit:
-
Secures your appointment time
-
Works toward your session balance
-
Helps prevent same-day cancellations
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can move your appointment to a different day, but the deposit cannot be refunded.
-
-
Once your deposit is secured, you will fill out a quick intake form before your appointment.
This helps me understand your needs and allows me to tailor your session for the best results.
-
Appointments are scheduled for the time you book.
-
If you book a 60-minute session, that is the time reserved for you. Same-day changes to increase session length are not available because I am fully booked and each appointment is carefully scheduled.
-
If you would like a longer session 90 minutes, please book that session in advance. This ensures the proper time is reserved for you and allows me to maintain my schedule for all clients.
-
-
If you’d like to become a regular client, book a standing appointment after your first session.
This ensures consistent care and keeps you from getting stuck in the 4–6 week wait.
-
If you are dealing with a chronic pain pattern, consider purchasing a package.
One session is rarely enough to create long-term change. Waiting 2+ months between visits often reverses your progress. My bodywork is results-based, and regularity is key.
-
Please review the cancellation policy before booking.
Late cancellations and no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients who are waiting for openings.
-
You have a 10-minute grace period after your appointment start time.
-
After that, the appointment is considered cancelled and must be rescheduled.
-
If you arrive late (up to 10 minutes), your session time is shortened accordingly. For example, a 60-minute session will become 50 minutes to avoid overlapping into the next appointment.
-
-
Every session is fully customized.
I do not provide routine, full-body “standard” massages. Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day.
-
Arrive hydrated and be open with communication.
Hydration helps your tissues respond better, and honest feedback helps me target exactly what needs attention.
